how to lock in your look

reserving your tableware

After submitting your wishlist we will check the availability for the date of your event and send you an email with a quote of the items you have chosen. Once you have decided on your styled tabletop pieces a 50% deposit will secure your rentals for your event. The remainder of your balance is due 15 days prior to your event.

the big day

Once your order arrives on site the magic begins! Your wedding professionals or your helping hands will set your tables with your unique & personalized styled tablescape!

Your event rentals will make your day extra fabulous, and we can't wait to see the pictures your photographers will capture!

is there a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order for local delivery in the OBX!

We do not offer pick up or drop off options at this time.

where do you deliver?

We will deliver from Manteo to Corolla; delivery fees start at $75.

who is responsible for washing the rentals?

All flatware, plates and glassware are to be rinsed and cleaned of all food, sauces or debris before they are ready to be picked up.

who is responsible for setting the table?

Your wedding coordinator or helping hands on the day of your event is responsible for setting and packing up your order.

when is my final payment due & how long is my rental period?

Final payment is due 15 days prior to the day of your event.

36 hours is the typical rental period.

what happens if something breaks?

A replacement fee will be charged for any missing or damaged rental items.

how far ahead should I lock in my order?

Depending on the size of your event and some months being much busier than others we recommend you lock in your order as far in advance as you can.

can I make changes to my order?

Absolutely! You can add or subtract from your order (up to 15% of guest count) until 15 days prior to your event.

what size guest counts does your collection accommodate?

Many of our selections can accommodate up to 200 people.

Some pieces are limited to smaller guest counts due not being able to the nature of acquiring them.
